I like my daily work and the impact I make, but the people take it from good to great!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Better provides a great work/life balance. I don't have to stress about healthcare and the like, so that's a huge weight of my mind. I think Better is a great example of Life/work balance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really liked how I spoke to multiple people and it wasn't the same conversation repeated multiple times. I also really enjoyed the cocktail hour where I could speak with more employees and gain a lot more information and make those connections
