everyone understand what we are trying to accomplish here and we are all on board. We also have fun during company events.

I like how informal some discussions can be sometimes. When its appropriate. Feels like we are on the same level as our leadership team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how comfortable i felt interviewing. No one tried to make me feel like I didnt belong. I also had to highlight my best attributes and had to stand out.
