I have had quite an interesting time at Better. There's so much to do and so much we can do better and despite all that we are doing phenomenal as a business.

It's a very selective organization and we look for excellence on a number of axes

We are a very young and nimble organization, which is mostly due to our leadership team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a young organization so we recognize that we haven't gotten everything right just yet but are working on it
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't feel like I took a paycut to work at a start-up and on top of that got a significant equity award
