Our realism and the fact that we don't have a culture of toxic positivity, but of legitimately identifying pain points, solution seeking and growing.

It's generous and diverse. Especially through COVID. We get a home office stipend and a budget to order in lunches as we work from home.

Our Leadership Team truly listens to what we need and think. I've never worked for a company that practices what they preach the way that Better does!
