We have so much fun together and I believe each one of us is motivated to crush it!

I love that I have a lot of control over my incentive pay, but also that my base pay still covers me regardless.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I am reasonably challenged every day and that I get to work with amazing people at a company I love!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about us. I say all the time that I work for a company with a soul. I used to job hop a lot, but I'm not going anywhere now!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated how responsive the recruiting team was. When looking for work, the time spent waiting to hear back can be BRUTAL. I appreciated that they respected me enough to communicate really well with me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many positive things about working for Better, that it's hard to pinpoint just one thing. I would say though, the upbeat, empathetic and diverse company culture is the most positive thing for me.
