There is a spot for everyone. Every gender, philosophy, sense of humar, activist groups, charity, etc. No one is without a place.

We are all a major family. Even with simply virtual since day 1, I feel like I couldn't do my job without them
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, new products constantly improving/rolling out, events, and how what we do is give people what they NEED and enable every client to achieve their home owning dream!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership actually hears and applies what the employees say. We don't like something? It's acknowledged the next day. There's a software bug? Immediately being address and promptly resolved. You want to spend 20 min simply chatting with anyone in management? Happy to show you their calendar!
