BetterHelp needs to value and fairly compensate staff instead of taking advantage of highly qualified employees or celebrity donations to "look good", claiming to offer free therapy where client state insurance can cover clients without cost in many state private practice or organizational settings

Communicate pay rates in the beginning more clearly
Helping make the environment more open and accepting of everyone, beyond the superficial stuff nobody really cares about.
I have a degree and pay is a little more than the unemployment pension
because i'm paid well below market value at an unlivable wage - more money is the only answer
The pay is based on the number of words you type. That's absurd.

They clearly dont care who works there. They just beed butts in seats grinding away.
Clarity about payment and less sugarcoating
The hourly rate of pay for therapists is demotivating and difficult to prioririse BH work which is not fair for the clients
