What is the best part about your compensation package?
Second Friday off every month. It's really nice to work somewhere that values your time so much they give you a three-day weekend each month to recharge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Betterworks just has one of those cultures where everyone is a team player. No big egos. Not a lot of politics. We get things done collaboratively and work well together.
