Incredible. I, like many, frequently have recruiters messaging me, often with comp packages larger than my own. But, what none have, is a team that I know I enjoy being around, and leaders that care about my success. I slight bump in pay is not worth the risk.

I love the people I work with. Feels like a family.

We actually help each other. There is very little politics here, because we all want the same outcome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every employee has equity in the company, so we are all invested in the overall success of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not every day is easy. We are a fast paced startup. We aren't perfect, but everyone is working incredibly hard together. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually care. Many companies tout that they have a great culture, but what they mean is they have free lunches and cold brew on tap - at Betterworks it means that our leaders care about employees, and employees are excited to show up everyday.
