I think given our size, it feels very fair and competitive.

Going to work. I love my job and I love the people I work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a very open team. It could be more collaborative, but I think we're all moving at the speed of light and it's tough to slow down sometimes. But we get along well and I have a great personal relationship with most.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I just love them all. They are transparent, openly communicate, I can go direct to any of them, they show how much they really care about everyone, work quickly to resolve any issues, are open to feedback and suggestions, and are very supportive of everyone's growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How open it is and how much trust we all have in one another. For an environment like ours to be so open and have that level of trust, we are able to test ideas, share concerns and thoughts and give feedback to one another that only helps to improve the quality of our work.
