Overall it is good but at times the ones who make the engineering decisions (from my perspective only) are not well thought out or are using best practices. I still believe they are doing their best. But I feel like the real world application experience is lacking at times.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having work to do every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Obviously it is the people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel they are being honest about the company and how it is run.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do like the bonus but it would be nice to have some type of 401k matching vs a bonus. I think for anyone younger it would greatly help them in the future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a really good engineering team. It is very hard to find teams/people who respect each other. Of course it is never perfect there are some who I affectionally like to call czars but that is rare even so I respect them.
