Peers are compassionate, thoughful, very helpful. Managers don't micro-manage and creates a platform for us to be creative and support us through the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interesting problems and there is always something new to learn and expand the spectrum of my knowledge. All leading to a successful path of my professional career
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I joined the company accepting a little lower comp than I expected only because I loved the culture, product and that we have a great team onboard. This opportunity had provided great exposure and I can learn a lot to progress in my career but comp raise hasn't satisfied me compared to my effort.
