I love my job and love working for this company. I have never worked for an organization where I have CEO that supports my crazy ideas and invests in them, a manager to gives me the freedom to push boundaries, and a culture that is celebratory and supportive of one another.

What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to do what I do best every day. I love my job! I am afforded the freedom to be creative, apply my talents in different ways across the organization, influence direction and decision making and use what I know to guide and lift others up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is tremendously supportive, people will jump in to help each other, people feel comfortable to challenge and push boundaries in a positive way, there is a lot of trust between co workers, it is open and people can be their true selves, it is up lifting and everyone celebrates one another.
