Talking to the team and checking in on the status of the work priority. Also, there is something new to learn every single day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Spending time at Betterworks, makes me feel like there should be some market adjustment about compensation. We all know that the market has changed drastically in the past year. Things have got expensive in general and compensations should to be adjusted accordingly with the market.
