Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Quarterly bonuses shouldn't be assessed on paperwork etc due to data entry (KPI's etc) it really SHOULD come down to overall job commitment, performance & management of job role. If you want to retain workers stop asking for daily time sheets especially after you tag on/off every day.
