What does the leadership team need to get better at?We need to move away from tactical way of thinking to strategic way and be more proactive rathe than reactive.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?The interview process has become better since I onboarded, but this is a difficult company to join, because everyone hired is expected to be excellent at what they are expected to do. This is not basic training and the learning curve is steep, with moving parts and self-management expected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My comp package is considerably low compared to others in my profession. When I was offered the job, I was informed that I could not negotiate for more salary/stock, which I also found off putting.
