I'm aware that the market value for many of us is higher than our pay packets reveal. Insurance isn't tailored to regions but rather mass produced for US market. It means some of us leave compensation on the table because the once size fits most-doesn't fit us.
I wpend more time than i get paid for. I get paid annually and thats the thing, they just expect u to be available non stop.
The people are mostly awesome. Cross team learning, specialty guilds for sharing information, people willing to meet up and assist with struggles. A lot less ego and a lot more kindness.
