The people I work with make it enjoyable, they are open and supportive

Trying hard to be inclusive

HR is caring and adaptive

Culture is great, fun to engage and collaborate with such talented people.

There is a huge focus on promoting from within - there are endless opportunities to learn, and management is eager to develop and listen to employees

Collaboration and really great opportunity to learn and move forward in your career. Fun and enjoyable environment in the office, but still a serious business.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Home work balance needs to be revised.
