What are some of the best things about your team?
High-energy, everyone on the same page.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Loved how fast it went. Extensive process (I had 6 total interviews) but it was over in 1.5wks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commissions. I do wish the accelerators were higher for high-performance. Maybe another tier above 150% quota attainment would do it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does a great job at only hiring the best. No room for B-players, and that reflects in how everyone works.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency. Every person in the company has an understanding of where the company is headed and what we need to do to get there. Makes for a great experience as an employee!
