My coworkers make me the happiest!

The customers make my job the most rewarding of experiences

Review from Sales Dept

Was a fast paced environment.

My customer and the morning team. As well as my manager encouragement challenges for the day.

Review from HR Dept

The people i work work and of course the money

For the most part, the employees all get along and try to make the best out of work. There's no restriction against listening to music or podcasts while working, as long as you're productive.

I enjoy working with my co workers and making money. The people are great but the management needs to change especially with Mark Batton. I have never experienced a manger like him, he is constantly sarcastic I can never tell when he is being serious, its frustrating. We want to see change.

giving great customer service while making money

Im great at my job

Making people happy, smile or laugh. Just being of assitance

Review from Customer Success Dept

Recommending different beers and aiding customers with making the perfect choice for their meal.

Helping the people come in and have a good time

Review from Operations Dept

Serving good clientele. Serving disrespectful people are the worst and the managers never side with the employees. Its always "We'll just buy their meal for them." Then they come back and get more free meals. The guest is always right is a crap notion that teaches our guests we can be pushed around

Review from Operations Dept

everybody is so kind to each other

I'm good at my job

Review from Product Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We have a lousy reputation for food and as a bad place to work

Dont get paid for all hours worked. The scheduling leaves no balance for life outside of work. Very depressing. I also had no training, yet they get mad when i dont do something properly. Managers tells me the wrong way to do things.

Management does not want to be involved when customers have a bad experience; nor do they care about the staffs well being.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Listen to the employees and terminate the poor management that they come forward about. Too many complaints and cases brought up and yet no consequences

No leadership or accountability Staff don't care

We're short staff right now because people continue to leave based upon management. One of the managers at the Boardman location has numerous sexual-harassment calls against him to HR, numerous calls about blatant disrespect to his employees, yet he still has a job because hes a share holder

Review from Product Dept

Management, just replace them with people that care about their staff

Review from Customer Success Dept

More carrying about people that have kids. Actually taking time to train New Hires instead of pushing tgem to the side and expecting them to know exactly what to do. Not yell or look at or talk in a negative manner. To have a sense of humor instead of being mad all the time (Managers)

As mentioned, the managers need to create and safe and non toxic environment. Then new workers will like it there and will actually stay. Less workers will leave. But the managers won't see it that way. I will be getting my license for professional counseling. I care and advocate for people.

I would like to be heard and be able to gain the opportunity to earn money, I would like to be treated fairly and equally.

I've been cursed out by other employees in the work space in front of trainees and in front of my kitchen manager but nothing is done. They are allowed to treat women like they're nothing that's why women hardly last there. The kitchen manager has a handicap and she is scared to stand up to the GM.

I really think it needs to start with some consistency and completely stopping double standards. Set specific rules and follow them

The quality of the food, environment and management
