One of the worst experiences with management I've ever had. They are incredibly disrespectful.

My management was fairly straightforward about staffing shortages.

Everyone I worked with acted like a child. There was zero professionality.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being respectful of the employees time. They schedule you however they want regardless of your availability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no benefits even if you're working enough hours to be considered full-time. Waitstaff is expected to give away a majority of their tips to other employees and refuses to let you clock out until you've tipped a minimum of 2% of your sales to buss, bar, and SAs even if they didn't help you.
