The managers genuinely seemed interested.
The atmosphere. Albeit absolutely negative more times than not, at least its consistent....
At the end of the day, the team members can just kickback and relax and hang out.
When its the right time of year, there's usually a good batch of employees, hired. At that time, the team work really thrives. Other times (75%) they hire crap people as a necessity and really ruins the dynamic.
Serving good clientele. Serving disrespectful people are the worst and the managers never side with the employees. Its always "We'll just buy their meal for them." Then they come back and get more free meals. The guest is always right is a crap notion that teaches our guests we can be pushed around
I worked my way up as a host to a Bartender. Some others around me got promoted much more promptly based on looks and gender and not remotely associated with their knowledge basis or performance of the team member. I am male and a fit individual but because I look like a jock, I was passed up.
