    - Acknowledging rising burnout from employees. - Improving employee wellness. Virtual pasta making and workout sessions on a seldom basis are not cutting it. Your employees are exhausted. At least pretend to care. - Providing training and proper mentorship to young/inexperienced management.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    Coach management to instill trust and confidence. Be less self-serving. Treat your team members like they're human beings, not drones.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    The compensation is a bit below market value
