The company as a whole does not care about staff. More competitive wage, and training programs. Better benefits and human resources department. Stop letting the hostile work environment continue in their restaurants

The specials being ran are not appealing and attract the wrong kind of crowds. The company focuses on the wrong issues to resolve, and use metrics like customer service surveys to base decisions. Too many decisions come from outside the company.
See answers before. The guests are all of this happening and know that it has gone down hill. Also wine dinner menus should be corporate again.
