How employees describe working at Bloomingdale's
The experience at Bloomingdales is a nightmare. Employees bully each other and management does nothing to stop it. In fact, they encourage a sense of "competition" and they consider bullying simple competition. Management is often dismissive and lacks knowledge about policy or proceedure.
The only good thing is some of the co workers ive met at the flagship. We've had really good employees come but they rarely stay long since its so disfunctional. We have had the store hire mentally ill people and an actual convicted child predator so this made things very uncomfortable for us.
