As the top seller in my department, I would feel better about my compensation if I received a raise each year.

More base pay, benefits and arrangement is good but havent given me the full guidance on how to obtain these benefits.. more clarity on how i can make more

Stop taking away customers and sales and work and help each other

stop disappearing for hours, clean up after themselves, complete the daily tasks that are required so it isn't always the same people doing everything

Replace leadership and executive team, and hire the table group as organizational consultants.

Be under better leadership. The selling floor managers are never anywhere to be found and never on the floor. They set the tone which is why no one wants to do anything. Poor leaders!
