What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The company actually does care about members, we just need to see that same concern reflected for employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Supportive, professional, dedicated, non agressive and generous
What makes you most happy at work? The people I work with
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Let the trainers do the training. Stop asking associates to do it. It took an entire year to figure out this person taught the wrong thing. Assiociates were actually processing that way. This person was focused on being as mean as possible when processing. They showed us the wrong way!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management is going wrong. I've had more supervisors than co-workers. Stop having associates with no training background, train other associates. Trainers get paid more than them. They should be able to handle it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Take actions and not use big words, Improve overall company culture, Support talented people
