What makes you most happy at work?The fact that we work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They saving a comapny that was in turmoil before they showed up.
What are some of the best things about your team?Nothing. I don't think they'rw bright at all. Some of them don't believe in plural or past tense. This is in written correspondence. I actually feel for some of them. That's illiteracy. I don't converse with them at all. Some of them actally train people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Hire qualified individuals. Stop giving out jobs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Alot of them need to work on literacy. Some people don't believe in plural or past tense. I honestly can't believe they hit "send" on 98 percent of emails and IM's.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?You get paid more for doing the exact job at other places.
