They are flexible and understand when something comes up in your personal life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Medical is expensive and I wish I had less of a cost burden.

It was short and specific questions were asked to see about being qualified for the position.

I like that they are young and relate to the majority of the workforce there. They work hard and motivate me to be a better employee.
