Not everyone has to be a part of the meeting. Clarify objectives up front, keep the meeting focused. Be rewarded for not attending meetings that don’t have clear objectives.

It was relatively easy. I applied, I was given an interview time, I came in for my interview, I was offered the job and I accepted. No problems.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It took 7 months and 3 interviews for me to land this position. I am sure it is very competitive, but if I have the qualities 7 months later then I had them at the initial interview. Timing is everything and most people do not have 7 months to wait around for an eventual offer!
