Priorities and communication of them
Always striving for better culture. They want to achieve a high performing, happy culture.
At times I feel like I can’t get real work done that would actually help productivity and reduce waste because that work is never a priority.
Not everyone has to be a part of the meeting. Clarify objectives up front, keep the meeting focused. Be rewarded for not attending meetings that don’t have clear objectives.
