This is a wonderful company! I feel so lucky to be a part of my team and Blue Cross. I can not explain what this position has done for my life and my family. I will retire from Blue Cross and do not want to be anywhere else.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a nonjudgmental, professional, open-minded group who is always available for suggestions and listening! They take everything you say and consider it. We truly have a say in change at our workplace!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amazing benefits I am able to provide for my children at such a low rate. I am a single RN Mom of 3 and have never been happier in a position!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The professionalism and inclusion. There is so much diversity among my coworkers and I learn so much from them! Our participants are very lucky to have such a group of qualified, compassionate professionals to care for them!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It took 7 months and 3 interviews for me to land this position. I am sure it is very competitive, but if I have the qualities 7 months later then I had them at the initial interview. Timing is everything and most people do not have 7 months to wait around for an eventual offer!
