Appreciation at the end of the year.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview questions are not very difficult. HR people are polite not passive aggressive like other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Senior employees take lot of credit of work by junior employees.Its disappointing but again I think It happens everywhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As I said there is lot of politics and senior take credit of work done by junior employees.
