During covid this company froze raises for 2 years and tried to make it up by sending gift cards they got a discount on. That should tell you all you need to know.

Recieve full time hours and not be expected to do the work of two or three people. Recieve raises like should be done and not be told that pur operations manager has blocked our store from getting any
I feel going to another location will make me feel better and getting paid better because after being there for so long doing everything for them and still getting the bare minimum is crazy.
Cooks are paid the same as a hostess who stands at podium breaks are nit given cooks should be paid more at our location we can't get good people because we pay 11 and the fast food places pay starting at 14 for cooks
I work hard in all stations and under paid and under appreciated

The company makes it clear it's only focus is saving on labor, and making products cheaper. If you aren't able to do the job of 3 people, Bob Evans won't offer you steady employment. I've worked at 5 different locations now and it's all the same. The upper management just doesn't care.
