I never got a compensation package.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager on multiple occasions, to not only myself but to many other women who work there, have been innappropriatly touching / saying stuff that insinuate sexual themes.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to get to know the person they've selected to work there before hiring. They need way more than 1-3 days of training and they need extensive training
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The managers need to actually do their job instead of making the minors and other workers do it for them. They need to improve on not being pervy towards underaged girls.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn to wear gloves in the kitchen, they need to not cross contaminate every plate and then serve it to customers, they dont cook food properly, they also leave everything for the minors and make them work well past their out time.
