Management plays favorites We are always short staffed and your expected to do the job of 3 or 4 people. That way they keep labor down and their bonuses up. They overwork the staff they have because they can't keep help due to unfair treatment

Because we are kept short staffed we are expected to help out whereever is needed and do other jobs with no extra compensation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Looking into the issues with management. Then they would find out why there is such a big employee turnover rate. When a manager disrespts its employees and other managers in front of coworkers then they need to be retrained or removed.
