Too much favoritism from the managers nobody gets reprimanded for anything they do wrong the employee come to work when they want to witch is a everyday occurrence. Manger say stuff that should never be said in a work environment or to employees.

Wanting to work and coming in on time being in proper uniform and under stand the meaning of team work

They way they talk to there employees there favoritism towards employees. Saying thing to employees that should never be said in a work environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do more then all my mangers sometimes 3 different categories in a day never appreciate for anything.dont get paid but for one job. I dont thimk its right when your employees work harder then managers.
