Favoritism, management is like the mean girls club. They tell you to do something and its wrong and they will throw you under the bus. They need to clean up some of their stores. Regional managers pick favorites and blame everything on the shift leads. Its rediculous.

It was very relaxed and chill.

They need to grow up!

People doing 3 or 4 different jobs. We dont have enough help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Grill cooks are making more than shift leads. Higher management is a complete joke.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers do work as a team. The assistant managers and the AGM is the problem.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fix Management, they are unprofessional and lie to get what they want. Shift leads are like a rotating door.
