Working together in general. I feel we are divided
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly our customers, although there are coworkers who go above and beyond sho want to help another out when needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is not helping cover shifts, making night servers work alone. Our location is very busy and we need more staff. Our Gm tends to leave the store often because she did not order enough product. Im not sure how this can be improved.
