I've been with company 20 years use to love to work there. But now dread going to work . It's sad to see a great company go to crap. They use to care about there employees and customers now they just care about lining there own pockets at whatever coast.

What are some of the best things about your team?
That we all have worked together for over 20 years so we are all like family and that is the only reason we all have not quite yet but if things don't change we won't be there much longer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop over working your employees with nothing to show for it . Mangers need to be mangers and not just another body . Favoritism needs to stop and for God sake someone care and take pride in there jobs .
