We all get along and talk about anything when have the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will all do or try to help out in any postion even if they havent been in it or done it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see all the same people come back and enjoy our company and just getting to talk to other people beside my close love ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel going to another location will make me feel better and getting paid better because after being there for so long doing everything for them and still getting the bare minimum is crazy.
