Just work together. The entire area is divided.

The D.O. is very friendly. I felt comfortable.

Because me and women of the same manager rank aren't paid the same. Women make a lot less

D.O's should not talk negative about a manager to other managers. It causes drama and rumors. It makes me unhappy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
For starters. The GM should be more positive. I've never seen him walk the floor or check on guests. Hes stands at the register..
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am a new bob evans manager. I notice a lot of other managers tend to pick sides and gang up on others. It make my work environment very hostile.
