It was quick. But they interview twice. Takes to long in between when needing a job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The higher ups really don't care about the restaurant employees! Overworking and under paying. Ridiculous procedures we have to follow that make you wonder if whoever came up with them has even set foot in a restaurant!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees pay to much for health insurance and don't get a fair hourly wage as compared to other companies. Bob Evans is way behind on the pay scale! And paid sick time for hourly employees is not existent.
