Without a doubt, the best benefits package I have ever seen. Great 401k, great medical and dental. Employee stock program is good for folks looking to purchase stock at a discount.

Helping each other out and looking out for each other's safety
Team Work and being there for each other
My team cares about the product and is extremely experienced.
We work together very well
It's an 80/20 rule. Most provide little value with their work. A few folks carry almost the entire operation. These folks are great with comradery and spirit. We come together to make it through.

Everything about employees ans engagement

The chance that was given to meet 3 Senior fellows that were experts in their field.

Hard to find positive qualities however there's nothing like visor the airplanes production line.
