More work less play and better training
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fixing the issue with my manager idaly. I would ve more happy at work and want to come to work
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would make the miners were just as much as us as adults to to there extent of how far things that they can do and I would definitely be more of a manager to them to where they learn later on
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard just like everywhere there's one that don't do much but that's the ones that don't and get away with out doing anything when idally is there but when it's another manager it's team work for the most part
