Im very happy with the maternity leave and our PD budget! Im also happy with the growth track to increase my compensation.

My colleagues, the incentives to come into the office, my quota is very motivating, and when I succeed and reach a goal I feel very excited.

My team is made up of people I consider friends and inspiring colleagues. They push me to be my best and work really hard. They also support me through my hardships. We are always problem solving as a team and are supporting each other through the ups and downs in our role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like our leadership team a lot. They are all genuinely great people, but they are also great leaders. From my first day when I received a personal phone call welcoming me to the team, to the various supports they put in place, I feel supported and valued as a team player with Branch.
