I never knew I liked team projects until I worked with the Branch team. Branch takes collaboration and teamwork to the next level- I accomplish more and learn more than I ever did at prior companies.

I'm most excited by the variety of work I get to do- Branch is filled with innovators and that means we get to really dive in with new, exciting project ideas all the time. It's never boring.

The best part of my team is how we can be extremely busy with projects and initiatives, yet calm and collected and work as a group even when things are hectic. This is a powerhouse group of people!

The best part of Branch's culture is the people first mentality. It shows itself in small and big ways: from meetings that start with jokes and small talk to professional development plans with your manager that integrate your personal life goals as well.
