They are super smart leaders, they are humble, and really care about me as a person.

I really enjoy being with the team, everyone is nice and smart and gets along well. It makes going to work fun

It's not toxic. People will disagree, commit, and move forward. There are no Egos and everyone works hard to get things done.

My manager and my team are so great, I really enjoy working with them, talking with them, and just working with them in general.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are some of the best compared to my prior companies. Health insurance is amazing with some really great additional things others don't cover.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It feels like a family. We trust each other and are really close. We are vulnerable with each other and hang out when we are not working as well.
