For the most part, our team is genuinely curious and invested in their work. We hire some incredibly smart people who fit the cultural bill and push the envelope to succeed

Not afraid to take risks. (Mostly) transparent - more so than most companies. They walk the walk when it comes to values and culture. They foster discussion, ownership, and generally raise the bar for employee performance.
