Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've now worked longer at Branch than any other company in my career. There's a good reason for that, I tell people this is the best role and best group of colleagues I've ever had.

Clear goals, prioritize people and culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the biggest brands in the world, and knowing Im'm driving real value.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We like each other, and we all want to help each other. I see examples constantly of cross-team collaboration.

Very clear investment into people. We have clear KPIs as a company, and routinely update and track them at all-hands meetings.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to share the expertise we have to drive real-world impact. Working directly with the world's leading companies across all business verticals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a pre-IPO company, I know that we'll pay below market for some positions. Share grants are the only way to overcome that deficit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We genuinely like each other, and it's obvious every time we get together as a team in person. Our in person team meetings are a blast.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people make the culture, and we have amazing people. We continuously learn, we make time to invest in each other, and we recognize great work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, interesting, unique. I like my team members so much, that despite working remotely I genuinely look forward to seeing them for team onsites. It's clear friendships are made that go beyond work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know my base salary would be much higher elsewhere in the market, but also understand the cut I have to take at a pre-IPO company. I believe my options will one day make up for it.
